Ar. Manish S. Bhutada

Dynamic Senior Architect and Town Planner with extensive expertise in large-scale architectural, housing, and urban planning projects. Proficient in all phases of project initiation, including citywide surveys, data management, and project management formulation. Skilled in preparing detailed project reports and securing stage-wise approvals from various government and semi-government bodies, such as MHADA, HUDCO, and local councils. Well-versed in the regulatory frameworks of the Government of India and state governments, with a strong background in project development management consultancy. Experienced in managing the full project lifecycle while successfully multitasking across housing and infrastructure initiatives.
